About Me

Dr. Natalie Montague holds an Ed.D. in Business Psychology in the concentration of Organizational Leadership from Argosy University, PhD from Northwestern University in Neuroscience, a MBA from University of Phoenix and a BA in Political Science from Shaw University, She started her consulting firm Verve Consulting in 2013.
She calls herself a "Dabler" since she holds various and numerous certifications and a lover of knowledge and education.

Dr. Montague, a former high school Special Education teacher in Wake County School System in Raleigh, NC, has over 20 years of experience in the private and public sector focusing on change management, organizational management, leadership, employee relations, strategic management and planning and is a certified Life/Career Coach and Substance Abuse Counselor and holds several business certifications such as a Six Sigma Scrum Foundations Specialist, a Six Sigma Yellow Belt, Project Manager certification and a Holistic Therapist certification.
Dr. Montague is an avid volunteer in the community, a Philanthropist and proud member of Zeta Phi Beta Sorority, Inc.
