About Me

I’m a health and leadership coach, and a functional medicine practitioner with over 10+ years clinical experience. I’ve worked in numerous clinical, research, and business leadership roles within the healthcare, corporate and digital health and fitness sectors. My clients have included CEOs, elite athletes, and Fortune 500 companies, including Lululemon, Fitness First, PwC, Animal Logic, and the government sector.

I’ve taught seminars and workshops, won awards for my published research, and mentored numerous other health professionals and coaches. As a coach, I've completed trainings at the Institute of Coaching, WellCoaches, and with NeuroLinguistic Programming Australasia. I have a Masters-level degree in chiropractic, with years of post-graduate level education in nutrition, functional medicine, exercise physiology, and more.

I specialise in burnout, chronic fatigue syndromes including long covid, chronic pain conditions, and more. My skillset combines evidence-based coaching with the latest scientific lifestyle intervention strategies. Together, my clients and I create change at the level of the body, mind and spirit.
