MY MISSION

EXPERIENCE/CREDENTIALS
Over 8 years of coaching experience and over 15 years of business experience (mix of corporate HR and HR consulting). I have a PhD in Business Psychology, a Master's in Theology, and a Bachelor's in Psychology and Philosophy (double major).

COACHING PROCESS
The process depends on the type of coaching engagement.

Career Coaching is typically shorter (1-3 months) and focused on achieving very specific outcomes, such as landing a job or gaining clarity on what you want to do in the future.

Leadership/Executive coaching is typically longer (4-6 months and often extends further) and involves three phases:
Insight --> Innovation --> Impact

-Insight is about increasing your clarity and self-awareness. What are your goals and aspirations? What are your top strengths and development areas? How might you be getting in your own way? We will answer these questions and others to get a clear picture of where the coaching work will go and what success will look like.

-Innovation is about designing new approaches and trying new behaviors. What can you adjust in order to get the results you want? How can you approach current challenges in a strategic way that maximizes your chances of success? We will identify and implement actions and strategies to propel you to success.

-Impact is about evaluating your progress and results. Are you getting the results you want and having the impact you want to have? What is working and what do we need to adjust? We will keep track of important outcomes as we press on toward breakthrough results.
