About Me
The Change Coaching Center was established to help individuals achieve their full human potential. In the past, it was believed that human potential was the innate ability for humans to live and work at their best. However, the issue with this definition lies in the word "innate." According to Webster's dictionary, innate means "existing in, belonging to, or determined by factors present in an individual from birth." Using this definition of innate within the definition of human potential would imply that one's intelligence, skills, and talents are fixed from birth. If true, it would have serious and negative implications, suggesting that many of us are not meant to live our dreams. It would imply that our potential is predetermined by our birth circumstances, rather than being within our control. Thanks to further research by Maslow and Siegelman, we understand that human potential is a person's ability to improve themselves through training, education, and practice. This allows us to work on ourselves and live our dreams if we commit to learning more, practicing more, and educating ourselves. This is why the Change Coaching Center was established. Our research, training, and experience in self-development, leadership, speaking, life, and business can provide you with the support and training to build strategies that will allow you to break through and take control so you can reach your full human potential and achieve your dreams.
