About Me

Dr. Saheli attended medical school at TUMS and completed her post graduate trainings at Rutgers New Jersey Medical School and New York medical collage where she served as a delegate at the Committee of Interns and Residents. She started her postgraduate journey in Internal medicine where counseling anxious patients and effective patient centered individualized communication turned out to be the most rewarding part of her training . She decided to pursue Integrative wellness approach so that She can improve her patients' physical and mental health and help them restore wellness into their lives. Dr Saheli is passionate about professional life coaching and her comprehensive experience with healthcare professionals in all specialties. Education is another strong interest of her. She has presented to physicians ,  medical students, parents, teachers and others and recognized for her teaching skills. 
She is committed to providing thoughtful and individualized life coaching to those she serves. Her hobbies are hiking , dancing, volunteering in fundraising events for charities and schools.
