I am Dr. D Chris Alleyne and I am driven towards helping others. I have walked through dark places in my life, but I’ve come out on the other side a better man. Among other things, I am an academic doctor, a classical pianist, a private pilot, and a business professional. Helping you will be my pleasure.

Weight Loss Coaching: After losing 130lbs myself and becoming a personal trainer along with my training in nutrition, I can help you shed those unwanted pounds without much hassle. I specialize in creating meals that are exciting but promote weight loss quickly. I love food too but losing weight don’t have to be boring.
