I, Arpita, have 20+ years of Experience in Top Corporates in HR, L&OD. She has been shaping several students, managers, and women's careers and transforming people's lives and businesses. She has a Bachelor of Engineering (BE) degree backed by an MBA from IISWBM, Kolkata, an Executive MBA in HRM from IIM Lucknow, and a Doctorate degree in HR. She has a Coaching Certification (ICF CCE) from NLP Coaching Academy (by ICF and IAPCCT) in Executive, Leadership, Life, Career, Wellness and Organizational Development coaching.
I am particularly conscious about improving the lives of those who find themselves stuck in their careers and life and who are ambitious but have lost their way.
Critical thinking will play an important role, and this is where I will come into the picture to make you self-aware and to understand and tackle your Inner game.
