PHILOSOPHY:
I believe that everyone already knows their true path, but maybe they don't know that they know, or are afraid to follow their knowledge.
As your life coach and artist-healer, I know that you, artist or not, can use creative practices to gain insight into your motivations and deeply-held beliefs. With these breakthroughs, moving forward just comes naturally. I myself experienced many hurdles before discovering psychosynthesis, and found that its philosophy and methods quickly and gently ushered me into a new outlook that changed my life. My simple 5-step program, developed from this philosophy, guides you through your blocks and back into the studio or field so you are mentally free to create your most awesome art. Instead of your life in chaos, your life becomes your sanctuary.
