About Me

Thank you for viewing my profile. I enjoy working with clients via Zoom. I am a member of both esteemed organizations- PARWCC and NRWA.
My clients have secured new positions and promotions with Google, T-Mobile, CVS, and other organizations. I have several federal and medical clients that I coach on transitioning into corporate companies.

I have a few clients abroad that needed help learning to connect with American co-workers and still remain authentic. It took time and a few sessions but my goal was to help them feel confident and self-assured as we walked through ways to improve. I've traveled a bit abroad so can relate to clients that feel the pressure of cultural differences while trying to succeed in their professional careers.

My ideal client is someone that is open to frank discussions about their current situation and willing to talk about what's working and what's not working. Sometimes I've provided coaching "homework" as a way to create an action item to assist and motivate you between sessions.
