About Me

I became a Certified Life Coach after being a licensed therapist for over 25 years. I help clients use proven strategies to achieve quick results with the changes they desire and deserve. I am a graduate of the Life Purpose Institute, San Diego; University of Md. with a Masters in Behavioral Health; and, 2 years Post- Graduate work in Marriage & Family Therapy, St. Louis,MO with a systems approach. I help individuals, couples, workplaces and families through transitions, develop new success patterns, find purpose and meaning and re-imagine their relationships. My extensive experience includes being Past President of the Kentucky Association for Marriage and Family Therapy, I help clients move through betrayal to rebuild and restore! I have supervised over 50 therapists, led work teams and handled complex personnel and personal issues, I have worked for the Military, Hospitals.Non-profits and Corporations. I use my many skills including visualization,motivational interviewing and change models to propel clients into action and great results.
