About Me

Hello there,

I have a deep love for awakening and guiding people through life transitions. With a reputation for tenderness and straight-to-the-point insight, I facilitate one-on-one self-empowerment, coaching sessions and intensives that open the body, heart, mind and spirit.

My Skype sessions empower and support my clients to embrace & transform their lives, relationships and sexuality.

I am influenced by Integral Life Coaching, Shamanism, Buddhism, Meditation, Dance, Talk Therapy, Conscious Kink and Tantric Principles. I have accumulated a plethora of practices in my toolkit and through my own experiences ‘in the School of Hard-knocks and the University of Life’, I am able to offer a safe space to explore your dreams, passions and challenges.
