About Me

I’m Donita Fowler – a performance coach, speaker and author who works with coaches, consultants and creators, to grow their business thoughtfully and with purpose, and all the while, starting to perform better in all areas of life.

My core philosophy of coaching is that the only story that matters is the one we tell ourself.

Coaching isn’t about giving advice, it’s about asking questions and sharing feedback. I’m a self-proclaimed wonderer, so don’t be surprised when I play this card in coaching sessions.

Before joining our coaching business completely, I worked for several years as a self-employed marketing consultant. I bring those years of expertise and knowledge with me in my coaching practice. If you are someone who needs digital marketing feedback, and strategy - that is something I can also help with alongside your coaching program.

Nowadays, you’ll find me alongside my husband looking for half marathons to run, spending time with my kids, traveling as much as time permits, and hiking in the beautiful Canadian rocky mountains.
