About Me

I’m a life coach who came to the profession with lots of life experience and a master's degree in developmental psychology. My specialties are working with couples struggling with communication dynamics, and individuals and families dealing with addiction issues both pre and post-recovery. I also like supporting people trying to find a new direction or wanting to leave a situation that’s no longer healthy. My chosen tools are CBT and Byron Katie’s organic method of addressing negative and repetitive thoughts. I also enjoy using Positive Intelligence to address the tendency to sabotage ourselves with the internal voices of the judge, avoider, victim, pleaser, and others.
