About Me

As a Master’s Student in Counselling and Psychology, I am expanding my skills and core competencies to provide you with a deeper level of support. As a CDC Divorce Coach and a CDC Divorce Transition and Recovery Coach, I am honoured to connect with you as you move through your journey of self-discovery and new beginnings.

My personal story of divorce began in 2011 when I maneuvered through an emotionally challenging high-conflict divorce. Moving on, I supported my partner through his divorce, but a few years later, I once again found myself in a similar situation, moving through another relationship loss.

With every client, my mission is to bring compelling insight, brilliant intuition, bonding-in-the-moment humour, loyalty and compassion. I strive to create a safe place to be yourself, inviting you to be your authentic self… hardships, bravery, swear words and all.
