As a Certified Facilitator and Coach with 30 years of management experience, including as CEO of three organizations, I excel in building diverse teams and nurturing emerging leaders. I listen intently to connect with strengths and identify blocks.

My leadership style is to lead from behind, supporting others to develop their unique leadership style. I've worked with leaders from diverse cultural backgrounds, including First Nations and new Canadians, coaching professionals across various sectors.

Additionally, I coach other coaches and facilitate a Mastermind group.
