About Me

I am a Master Certified Professional Coach through the International Coaching Federation (ICF) accredited group. They are considered the gold standard in coaching. Master Certified Professional Coaches undergo over 60 hours of intense training to give you the best experience.

In addition, I hold a Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology, and a Master’s in Forensic Psychology with Military Specialization. Coaching and mental health been a part of my professional work for over 7 years.

In my personal life, I am surrounded by a wonderful family, a loving and supportive husband, amazing children, and fantastic friends.
I love spending time with my family and friends, I love hiking, reading, and being of service to others and for as long as I can remember I have been doing volunteer work in my community.

My career has taken me in many paths, including working with at risk youth, Mental Health Court, and Care Counseling. Once I learned more about life coaching I knew that is what I wanted to do for the rest of my life. It includes my passion for helping others with the opportunity to share my experience and help transform lives. My focus is helping my clients achieve their personal and professional goals. The essence of my work is to facilitate self-growth by helping you identify the core challenges and setbacks in your life, so that you can overcome them with confidence. I specialize in creating personalized plans and providing tools to guide you forward and achieve your goals.
