About Me
Hello! My name is Diana Ashworth. I am a ICF Certified Coach Practioner. I went to the Coach Training Academy and the World Coach Institute. I am Certified as a Relationship Coach, Practioner, and a Trauma/PTSD coach. I know trauma well. I had a massive stroke in 2016, and I went through all sorts of trauma. The stroke took my walking, but I am still here fighting. I give people hope. I let them know its OK not to be OK.
