About Me

My coaching style is a smooth blend of mentoring and coaching and it has be for achieving goals of a spiritual nature. I grew up in a Mormon scholar home outside of the cultural bubble. I have a deep understanding of gospel doctrine and scripture. I know where it binds us and confines us spiritually and I know how to break free. I will help you separate the culture from the doctrine and clearly define your goal and obstacles.

For those who have have already left, I'll help you work through the adjustment process, without alienating your loved ones. While Mormonism isn't a cult, it can certainly feel like one when you leave it. “People leave the Church, but they can’t leave the Church alone” is simply a defense reaction members say to validate themselves.

Video conversations work best for our first meeting; this is where we will decide how we can work together to attain your goal. The breaking free process does not have to be painful or dramatic. I look forward to crossing your path on our spiritual journeys.
