About Me

Dhruti Shah is a coach, speaker, author, and founder of Metis Learning, a company that empowers entrepreneurs and leaders to reach their true potential. Her mission is to support organizations and their leaders to become more resilient so they can confront and overcome any challenges.

Born in Mumbai, India, Dhruti has worked in three different countries—India (8 years), USA (5 years), and Singapore (1 year) —across a career spanning 14 years before starting Metis Learning. She earned her Master of Business Administration (MBA) from Rutgers University, New Jersey, USA.

Her ideal client is either a leader/ entrepreneur who is nearing burnout and is about to throw in the towel or a leader/ entrepreneur who prefers to proactively learn the skills to weather the storm. Some of the challenges her clients face are pertaining to scaling a startup, dysfunctional workplace dynamics, work-life imbalance, losing their sense of purpose and passion at work etc.

A lifelong learner, Dhruti has earned several coaching and professional development certifications, including Brain-Based Coaching Certificate (NeuroLeadership Institute), Designing Virtual Training (Association for Talent Development), Accelerated Learning Certification (The Center for Accelerated Learning – Europe), and Kirkpatrick Four Levels® Evaluation Certification – Bronze Level Certified Professional (Kirkpatrick Partners, LLC).

Dhruti is a member of the International Coach Federation (ICF) and Asia Professional Speakers Singapore (APSS)
