About Me

I am passionate about holding space for women to explore their life purpose and together, find ways to step out of the holding patterns and into a more fulfilling career.
I started my career in engineering and was blindsided by how much work was involved in constantly fighting to be heard and recognized for my contributions and to feel like I was making an impact for the world, not just the corporate shareholders. When I transitioned in to teaching high school science, I saw how we encourage young women to enter STEM, but don't prepare them for the transition into corporate life as often the only woman in the office. When I decided to become a coach, I trained in Core Energy Coaching, which looks at the internal energy blocks and how we are BEing in the world, not just the DOing. This is so important for understanding how our patterns and responses add to our own stress. I draw from inspiration like the work of Brene Brown and Simon Sinek, and aim to help bridge the gap by creating the support that I wish I had when I was starting my engineering career.
