About Me

Devon has a passion for personal development and supporting people to live their most authentic and fulfilling lives. She especially loves supporting teens and adults of all ages in navigating life transitions, exploring identity, and clarifying their vision for their future. She believes that people are capable of whatever change or growth they desire with the right levels of commitment, clarity, and support. Additionally, she incorporates mindfulness practices, positive psychology coaching, and cognitive behavioral coaching to support overall well-being, awareness, and habit formation. She worked as a teacher in early childhood education and then in retail management with lululemon prior to founding her coaching business, THRIVE Coaching. Her bachelor's degree is in Psychology from Gonzaga University. She also has an Accredited Certificate in Integrative Coaching from the School of Positive Transformation, accredited through the Association for Coaching.

Outside of work, Devon spends quality time with her husband, teaches fitness classes, recreates in the beautiful Wasatch Range or Southern Utah Desert, cheers at University of Utah games, and connects with friends and family.
