About Me
I coach high functioning and successful leaders and teams who find themselves struggling with their soft skills of interpersonal connectedness and team dynamics.

This is not the way it has to be. You can have a team of strong leaders with varied personalities and leadership styles and still have peace and productivity. The soft skills that enable someone to interact effectively and harmoniously with other people can be developed and strengthened.

I bring 34 years of successful team-building experience, 30+ years of Senior Leadership experience and 20 years of coaching experience.
I have a Masters of Arts degree in Educational Leadership as well as my Associate Certified Coach credentials with the International Coach Federation.
I am certified in the DISC and Motivators profiles, as well as an Enhanced Practitioner in Conversational Intelligence with the Creating We Institute.
I am also a Level 1 Practitioner of the Team Diagnostic Survey with 6 Team Conditions Company.
My style is casual and yet professional. I am not afraid to push to get to the deeper issues at the heart of the matter.

Dennis has been a source of encouragement and accountability as he has spurred me on towards my goals.
