About Me
As a personal coach I work with a wide range of clients and offer a highly personalized approach tailored to each individual. In a supportive atmosphere, I help clients attain the professional and personal growth they're striving for.
I am a collaborative, core energy, solution-focused Certified Life Coach. Through this approach, I provide support and practical feedback to help clients effectively address personal life challenges. I also integrate coaching techniques and helpful assignments to offer a highly-personalized program tailored to you. With compassion and understanding, I work with you to help build on your strengths and attain the personal growth you are committed to achieving.
I offer sessions, both in-person and on the phone. We will start with an initial assessment to clearly define your short and long term goals, everything from communication skills to personal acceptance. We will use these goals as a foundation to create a strategy for attaining these objectives.

I love to volunteer and give back to my community. Served as the After School Program Coordinator at Montebello Elementary School for the calendar year 2011-2012, Daisy Leader 2009-2010, 1st Grade CCD instructor at Sacred Heart, Suffern, NY. Volunteer cook at the Suffern Soup Kitchen 2007-2008 as well as creator and Program Director of Project Jumpstart in Newburgh, N.Y.
