About Me
The Life Coaching process examines what is going on in your life right now by unpacking your obstacles and/or challenges, and formulating a strategic plan of action to help YOU achieve the things that you want in life. Life Coaching is completely different from counselling, advice, consulting, or therapy.
As your life coach, I will provide a safe and empowering space for you to identify the ways that YOU want to improve your life and then create goals that are positive, future focused and inspiring. I will help to break down these goals into manageable steps to help you from where you currently are, to where you want to be.
Every day we all make choices about what we do or don't do. Each of these choices, no matter how big or small, will affect the results that we get in life which therefore influences how fulfilled or unfulfilled we go on to feel. Life coaching helps to identify your core values (what's really important to you) which in turn enables you to make wiser choices and ultimately create a more effective, balanced and fulfilling life.

Background:
I graduated from University of West Florida with my degree in social work. I became a Professional MatchMaker in 1996 and started coaching clients once I realized that it wasn't ALL about them finding a match it was MORE about helping them find themselves!
I have spent the last 30 years of my life intentionally observing, learning, researching, and interacting with people from all walks of life. As a student of human behavior, I have invested numerous hours and certifications, and has worked with leading industry experts to create a coaching model that I knows works!

When my 34 year marriage ended, I felt it was time to get back out there and meet some new people. I went to Denise thinking that this would be my opportunity to meet a variety of personalities and have some fun in the process. What I quickly discovered, however, was that even though I thought I was ready, Denise knew better! You see before you can really be ready you need to know who YOU are, what YOU like and don’t like, what is meaningful to YOU, etc. In other words, you need to find your true self.
