About Me

My passion is helping women through personal transformation. Straight or gay, change of any kind can be frightening, but the sense of peace you discover when you live your authentic life is well worth it. Life coaching allows me to help others and to nurture them on their personal path to living their lives true to who they are at their core. I listen and help guide them through self-exploration, identifying obstacles and creating strategies to move past them. My 3 areas of specialty are:

Midlife Redesign: I help women live their lives by design, not be default. We find your passion and purpose and create the action plan so that you can live a joy-filled life.

Coming Out Coaching: I support adult women who are experiencing a change in sexual orientation (coming out). Live your life with honesty, authenticity and pride!

Relationship Coaching: I help women find greater fulfillment, intimacy and happiness in their personal relationships.

I lost both parents by the age of 20, was married with 2 children and at 37 yrs old came to the realization that I was gay. I divorced, raised my kids and at 51, I left the business world to pursue my dream - Life Coaching. I am certified through Coach Training Alliance and belong to the International Coaching Federation. I have a partner and two terrific grown kids. Life experience, empathy and training helped to make me a terrific coach.
