DEMETRIS PAVLIDES COACHING PROFILE
Demetris has completed his Master Thesis in the subject of Coaching, for the successful completion of his MBA studies in 2012. He is one of the Founding Members of EMCC Cyprus (European Mentoring and Coaching Council) and he has served as a Member of the Board for EMCC Cyprus from 2012 – 2017. Furthermore, he has a Certificate in “Coaching and Mentoring” and has worked successfully with several clients since 2012. Additionally, Demetris holds a BA in International Hospitality Management and a Master in Martial Arts. In the past, Demetris has been involved in the hospitality as well as the academic industry, where he utilised the coaching methods in his management, training and teaching practises. Currently, Demetris is offering one on one coaching as part of his ongoing professional development.
