About Me

Now this is where I’m supposed to tell you about myself and assure you through extensive experience and education that I’m qualified to guide you on your journey. Read on, I do. However, there is a lot that cannot be fully achieved or learned through books, classes, degrees, and certifications. Insight, the ability to motivate, kindness, instinct, empathy, intuition, understanding, the ability to impact, sympathy, respect, humor, purpose, and connection.

It ultimately comes down to who we are inside and the ability to actively listen, guide, inspire, and be there for other people. I feel I have these qualities. I’ve learned from mentors, masters, and wonderful teachers. But also, from my own students and clients. That’s what it’s all about. Sharing and learning from our individual experiences, our personal development, our personal growth, and then passing on the good stuff.
