About Me

Do you dislike how you react to your kids, spouse, colleagues, or customers? Do you feel like you are losing control of things? Are you having a hard time talking with your spouse, partner, colleagues, or customers about things that matter to you? Have your kids stopped listening to you? Are you always shuttling the kids from one activity to another? Do you take on too much at work? Do you automatically say "yes" whenever you're asked to do something? Do you have a hard time finding time for yourself?

It doesn't have to be this way. I invite you to work with me as you learn how to hit the "pause" button, calm yourself, remember the what and why you wish to change, focus on how you desire to be as you make the change, and choose a grace-filled response that supports your desire. Once you learn this process, communication with your kids, colleagues, or customers will improve. Communication and intimacy with your spouse or partner will also improve. Setting priorities and saying "yes" to only the things that matter most to you will be easier, and you will create the life you desire.

I have a lifetime of experience living with highly reactive people, from family to friends. I know what it feels like to have taken on too much, and to have overreacted to someone or something when I got stressed out. I didn't like how this felt and resolved to make a change, finding a way to keep my Peace within no matter what. I have a Bachelor's in Psychology from Benedictine University, and a Bachelor's in Holistic Theology from American Institute of HolisticTheology. I have been a coach for 6 years, receiving my certification from the International Coaching Academy, accredited by International Coaching Federation. I am certified as an Emotional Empowerment Coach from the International Institute for Emotional Empowerment. I am also a co-author of "Pearls of Wisdom: 30 Inspirational Ideas to Living Your Best Life Now!/You Always Have a Choice". (2012)
