About Me

Like your Life Navigation Co-pilot, I assist you to comfortably transition from where you are now to where you want to be. My clients learn how to easily unlock the keys to their health, wealth and purpose. Utilizing their new found power and direction they create new ways of thinking and doing things, and are motivated to make the necessary changes on their path to realizing their big dream.

Well versed in the mind/body connection, my studies in NLP, Hypnosis, Regression and Coaching give me a deep understanding of how the mind works. My work as a Natural Health Practitioner gave me vast knowledge on how the body works and how the mind and body influence one another. Whether it is a new job, and new body or new attitude I have the tools to guide you.

Dealing with issues like panic and eating disorders in my own past I have a personal understanding of how the stuff from the past can get to heavy to travel with. Overcoming major issues and transitions on my own journey, I understand how our experiences influence the choices we make in our lives, the way we see things, our physical health and the road we choose to travel on.

Recognizing from my experience that sometimes we just can’t do it alone and that it shouldn’t have to be a long and hard journey motivated me to become a Coach. With my many tool I am able to assist my clients to quickly and easily identify and effortlessly release the ideas, beliefs and habits that cause dysfunction or disorder.

My company name “Godspeed Health & Wellness” uses the word “Godspeed” to define that I assist you to prepare for a smooth and prosperous journey to the future you desire.
