About Me

I am a physician and have practiced Urgent Care and Family Practice in New York for thirty years. I work with medical professionals who are finding it difficult to find satisfaction in their lives amid the demands of their careers in medicine, especially if they are in a corporate system.

There is increasing emphasis on "productivity" and "customer satisfaction" and less on saving lives and benefiting patients' health. This makes it more important than ever to learn how to affirm ourselves from within, and find other avenues of fulfillment, whether it is by discovering other passions, renewing our relationships, getting involved in other streams of income, and/or in reframing our life experiences to have more a positive meaning.

I have also published a book and am working on my second medical thriller; I would enjoy coaching those who are interested in writing.
