Hey there! I'm Deb, a certified life coach with a focus on health and weight loss.

I started my journey as a coach with a life coaching school, where I had the chance to work on all sorts of topics—relationships, money, anxiety, health, you name it. But over time, I found myself really drawn to helping people with weight loss.

Here’s what I realized: Weight loss isn’t just about the number on the scale or the food you eat. It’s about the thoughts we think and the emotions we tend to avoid.

When we address the deeper emotional stuff, weight loss becomes so much more than just dropping pounds—it changes how we approach life. It’s about shedding the emotional weight that often leads to those habits we wish we could shake.
