About Me

Deborah is the CEO of Quest Executive Services and she recently joined CDR Assessment Group as the Executive Coach and Client Education. Deborah received her Master’s Degree in Management and Administrative Services and Executive Coaching Certification from UTD. Deborah is a member of the International Coach Federation where she holds an ACC credential. Deborah’s area of expertise is Leadership Development, Strengths Acumen, and Conflict Management. Deborah’s diverse industry experience is in academia, real estate, and energy industry. While in the energy industry Deborah led business teams, project teams, process improvement teams, and ERP implementations. Prior to starting Quest in February 2016, Deborah provided financial analytics. Deborah’s coaching philosophy is built on three major components: Interdependence, Personal Responsibility, and Solutions Focus.
