About Me
I lived in Thailand for over a decade and worked in a well-known mission organization as a church planter in a pioneering situation. After learning two languages and struggling to see fruit, I began to ask questions and explore beyond the usual answers. This process later led me to be trained as a coach with Creative Results Management. I saw just how much effective coaching could be the difference between failure and success in my goals. Since then I have helped people in over 5 countries as they wrestle with the day-to-day decisions they must make in an unfamiliar context. I help unlock the keys to what really needs to be addressed, and walk with you through the process. I write articles and am currently writing a book about following Jesus in the context of Buddhist traditions. I train practitioners in effective strategies and lead the Rethinking Forum for the Buddhist World.
