About Me

Debi has been an accomplished Human Resource professional, an ICF Certified Coach, a People Strategy expert and Startup Mentor, with more than 29 years of experience, with organizations of repute. He has worked across industry sector, both in manufacturing and technology, with global responsibilities and has worked as Chief HR Officer over a decade.
He has contributed to business transformation, mainly through his expertise in the areas of Designing People strategy, M & A (across geographies), large scale change management, Talent Management & Leadership transformation, Digital HR processes, Employee & Industrial Relations.

Debi believes, industry needs to deeply engage with senior leadership and invest on young leaders of tomorrow. Coaching could be the vehicle to achieve those astounding growth. He has coached many business leaders and mentored several startups, in areas of business strategy, growth, customer acquisition and people processes. He is also a Social Entrepreneur, working on how to make life meaningful for professionals past their prime. He founded "Potential^Infinity", a Leadership Coaching & Strategic HR Consulting firm.

Debi is an ICF Certified Coach, has done his Advance management from INSEAD, and Masters in Human Resource, as well as Law from India.
