About Me

Most of us are unprepared to deal with loss. Whether the losses started long ago, or are more recent, they pierce our hearts to the core, and we wonder when we will ever feel okay again. In reviewing with you the story of your losses, I tune in to the specific moments of pain that need to be resolved so that you can move forward with confidence. These moments often have to do with guilt, regret, anger, disappointment, loneliness, trauma and a host of other unpleasant emotions that need to be resolved so that you can walk out of pain into peace.

As a Christian coach, I help my clients draw close to the Lord to receive his healing in those memories that replay in your mind, or those moments that are frozen in time, so that your thoughts and feelings are no longer trapped in the past ready to be triggered over and over again.

Often there are defining moments in our loss experience that continue to stir up the pain. For example:
+ the last words or an unresolved conflict with someone who died or left you;
+ the experience of being fired;
+ the day you had to move from the house you loved that was in foreclosure;
+ a silent guilt that has tormented you;
+ something we wish we had said to someone no longer present.

We don't like to think about these things, but somehow they keep coming to the surface as much as we try to push them out of our thoughts.
