I am a Christian Life & Leaderhip Coach for Executive and Professional Women who "have it all together on the outside, but are falling apart on the inide."
Through coaching my clients are set free by eliminating self-sabotaging mindsets and behaviors. They achieve quality time with their kids and family resulting in deeper relationships. They experience true peace and joy like never before. And, they live to their true authentic priorities.
I am passionate about equipping professional women to put down appearances, stay authentic and be victorious in their life and leadership battles.
I spent much of my life working a high-profile and high-stress corporate job. Can you relate?
And, just like so many women today, I wore too many hats and I was constantly trying to juggle it all. The sad fact, also like most women today, I was failing miserably. Don't get me wrong, by all appearances I was very successful and did handle it all very well. Sound familiar?
Unfortunately, you can't see the inside from the outside! I was constantly overwhelmed at trying to control everything and everyone around me. Why do we do this?
One day, it became painfully clear to me that my life was out of control. I believed the lie that I couldn’t let anyone know that I needed help. After all, I had always been the person that everyone could come to and counted on. I also felt that in my corporate position I could not show any weakness. I had to have it all together. I had to maintain my perceived level of perfection. Are you there yet?

In working with you, I have found that God is giving clarity and revelation as it pertains to my next step in small increments. In the past, I have wanted things to move a little quicker because I have felt time was of essence but I am learning to appreciate the slowness.
