About Me

My coaching career started as a result of my own transformative time in my life. I chose to go back to college and receive my bachelors degree. In doing so I was able to connect with people on my campus and started working in a coaching role with college students. Fast forward almost 7 years later and I am coaching at a major university, received my own Masters Degree and received certification as a life coach.

In the process of transforming my own life, as well as working with hundreds of college students in a wide variety of stages in their own lives, I have been able to gain experience and develop my talents and personal gifts as a coach.

I am excited to begin sharing my coaching with a wider group of individuals beyond the walls of the university. I believe that everyone has power, gifts and talents within themselves and with the support of coaching, they can bring those gifts and talents out and share them with the world.
