About Me

I bring to my client the immense cross functional and global experience of coaching over 3000 hours of paid coaching across various scenarios and levels. I combine thinking, logic facts and data of the business and situations and combine it with empathy, compassion and sensitivity to bring a 'whole brain' approach to the situation. My strengths are my probing and diagnosis. I also offer a unique combination of sales and HR process which allows to combine the left and right brain to be aligned. My client's goals are critical to me and my approach is to empower and enable them with confidence to choose freely and without doubt and with utmost clarity. I deliver results and those who have worked with me have found the sessions most effective. I do not wish for an ideal client as there are no ideal situation or ideal solutions.
