About Me

I am called to help people in emotional need and chaos. Because once you sort that out, you can begin to build a plan for a successful life on your terms. I help by listening and asking you questions to guide you to find your answers. As a coach (and in real life as a friend) I won't offer advice unless asked for it.

My mission is to help women become the best version of themselves using spirituality to reclaim their lives, regain confidence and self-esteem, and rediscover themselves so they can live the happy life they deserve.

My goal is to inspire women to achieve their goals and dreams by redefining success and gaining clarity on who they are, what they want and why they want it.

2017 kicked my ass, but I got up and fought back. A whole lot of life happened, but during incredibly difficult circumstances, I set and achieved numerous goals. I regained my confidence, self-esteem and self worth. I forgave my ex. I had an amicable divorce. I bought a house. I started a business. I ran 2 marathons and 4 half marathons. I began making friends. I not only survived, I showed up in the world and made my presence known.

I've learned how to work through the yucky parts of life, the toxic relationships and manage life when it gets really difficult. My confidence in God and the universe is why I wake up happy every morning and go to bed with gratitude every night. I hope I can help teach you how to do the same.
