About Me

I graduated from SWIHA in Tempe, AZ as a life coach. Before I became certified as a coach, I spent many years helping others in their journeys through life.

Mostly working with youth that have been placed in the foster care system or homeless pregnant teen girls, these young lives tore at my heart strings. I became involved with a local organization that provides resources and support for sexual assault survivors and commercially sex trafficked youth (CSEC). This area of work has now become my passion.

My focus of coaching isn't to help one person that has a need, but everyone that is searching for that special something that provides the motivation to do better and create the change they are looking for. I want to provide the safe space where one can come to without judgement and be who they are.

I provide sessions for youth social issues (esteem, gang prevention, etc), support for trauma survivors, relationship, life and spiritual coaching. I am a Master Reiki practitioner and ordained minister. All of the certification in the world can't replace the life experience that I have to offer.

E-coaching by text, email, IM or Skype is available. You do not need to be in the Portland area to contact me. I do meet people in a comfortable setting for both parties.

I am only available between the hours of 9am-6pm (PST), unless otherwise arranged.
