About Me

Coach Dee started her career in the United States Military and transitioned to the public sector; though unexpected, the transition ushered in an opportunity to explore and connect with her passion for cultivating people and building their leadership voice and capabilities. Merging her experience and education, Deana skillfully guides leaders in enhancing their performance and leading from a place of genuine self-alignment.

Coupling her B.S. in Human Performance and Wellness, her MBA in Human Resource Management, and her Master's in I/O Psychology, along with years in guiding military troops and civilians, Deana uses her experience in identifying educational and training needs to spearhead leadership development in individuals and organizations alike.
To amplify my coaching work, Deana is pursuing a Ph.D. Her research is centered on building Psychological Capital or mental fortitude in black women entrepreneurs. This work is vital as black women's barriers are often infused in our psychological outlook about our potential and ability to overcome obstacles.
