After completing three sessions with David Rucker, I've continued to use the feedback and ideas we generated together. I feel like David would say "we generated together" but his wisdom and empathetic learning, and those observations and insights he brought to bear aren't mine. Definitely not mine alone. He is a great listener and doesn't over step while I'm processing, but also asks questions or makes observations and responses at just the appropriate time. The process of coaching with him helped to change how I'm tackling some of the tougher interpersonal concerns I had in this past year. I'm full of gratitude for the fruit that came out of that time together and urged my husband to book sessions. Finally, my husband did. Yay!

I highly recommend David if you're looking for a coach who is intuitive, thoughtful, compassionate and who will help you surpass your goals. David is incredibly kind and gentle who's excellent listening skills help you get to the bottom of roadblocks or challenges. His approach will allow you to dig deeper and his acceptance will allow you to share ideas without judgement. If I am in need of a coach David is one of my top choices.
