About Me
As a professional coach, I work with executives, managers, and other professionals who want to be more effective, innovative leaders. I'm passionate about helping others to identify and accomplish their goals, to be more successful in their careers, and to live happier, more satisfying lives. I'm also passionate about innovation and customer experience - working with clients to develop a more innovative culture, to surface and to explore new ideas, and to create delightful customer experiences that drive business results.
In my practice, I see coaching as being like therapy, but about your future, not your past. I focus on “how”, not “why”, in order to help you identify your values and goals, and to assist you in striving toward them, to live a more satisfying and productive life, personally and professionally.
Given my background in retail, technology, and customer experience, I can be particularly helpful to professionals who work in these areas.
In my coaching work, I leverage the following tools, models, and theories to help you achieve your goals:
• Cognitive Behavioral Coaching
• Solution-Focused Coaching
• GROW Model (iGrow, RE-GROW)
• Mindfulness
• The Leadership Circle:
⁃ The Leadership Circle Profile – 360 Assessment
⁃ The Leadership Circle Profile - Manager Edition
⁃ Leadership Culture Survey
• Hogan Assessment Systems:
⁃ Hogan Personality Inventory
⁃ Hogan Development Survey
⁃ Motives, Values, Preferences Inventory
• LUMA Institute: Certified Coach - LUMA System of Innovation
• Positive Psychology Interventions
⁃ 3 Good Things
⁃ Gratitude
⁃ Savoring
⁃ Best Possible Self
⁃ Signature Strengths
• Hope Theory
• Optimism and Attributional Models
• Goal Theory
• Self Determination Theory
• Change Theory
• Systems Theory
I look forward to working with you!
