About Me

I am now accepting new clients as of 3/12/24! I am in my twenty second year of helping men, ages eighteen and up learn how to be more resilient, be more relational, have healthier boundaries and improve self esteem, while helping them build their character. I also have several years of experience, teaching couples therapy the same skills.

I take a customized approach with each client I work with. I especially enjoy helping those dealing with relationship challenges. My approach to working with clients includes using Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, a Rogerian approach, Relational Life Therapy along with coaching techniques.

In order to make sure that this is a good fit for you, we will first meet for an informational meeting, at no charge. I will ask you about your challenges and what your goals are. I will then tell you about my approach and answer any questions you may have.
