My coaching process focuses on two main areas: overcoming procrastination and moving passed internal blocks. Overcoming procrastination means that you won't have to fight with yourself every time you try to take action on your goals. Moving passed internal blocks means that we are shifting your subconscious mind from sabotaging your goals to supporting them.
