My journey has taken me all over the world: I have lived on 3 continents--naturalized and adapted to diverse cultures and customs. I obtained degrees in kinesiology, psychology, gerontology and medicine. I have worked professionally in the fitness, food, engineering, aerospace, education and health industries. I have been pushed to the limits, fallen from grace, been broken and beaten down. Through flourish and failure, I have pulled myself out of the darkest of places, swallowed my pride, checked my ego, reflected, learned and adapted to become stronger, bigger, better, wiser.
From pro athletes to CEOs, pre-teens to palliative patients, I have treated, mentored, coached and counselled thousands of individuals from all walks of life.
