About Me

25 years ago I started working as a consultant with senior leaders, training them in IT. This is where I first got the taste for coaching. These people were directors of banks, admirals, mayors, television presenters, actors... Quickly my role turned to confidant and coach.

The one consistent feedback I got was how easy I was to talk to, and that it seemed I have a special skill in helping people. I also have a genuine interest in what people do. I love being in their service. It was then I saw my future as a leadership coach.

But somewhere along the way I ended up becoming a director of a software company myself. I continued the coaching dream by using coaching methodology everyday in the training of staff and working with clients and partners. I also trained as a ILM level 7 leadership coach.

In my time as a company director I learned what it takes to become a leader in a highly competitive sector. Today I offer leadership coaching to senior management, C-level executives and directors. I combine my deep understanding of working as a director, with thousands of hours training and coaching experience to offer a profound and professional experience to my clients.
