About Me
I coach people who are looking to make serious transitions in their lives because they don’t want to end up on their deathbed wondering, “What if?”
• “What if I had quit that soul-sucking job and opened my own business?
• “What if had turned that fly-tying hobby into income in retirement?
• “What if I had found my true purpose earlier?”
• “What if I had lived my life true to who I really am?"
Whatever your potential “What ifs,” may be, my fresh approach to life coaching puts a microscope on the way you make decisions in order to enable better results.
In addition to being a Certified Life Coach, I am the Founder and Editor-in-Chief of the online magazine, The Bucket whose mission is to help people make choices to reduce or eliminate deathbed regrets. I also write a blog and host a podcast with a wide range of thought-leaders to try to get at the core of how to make the most out of your time on this planet.
My work experience includes over 40 years in marketing as a Creative Director/Copywriter where I have worked in-house at agencies, freelanced and had my own business as well. This gives me a wide range of work experience that I find can be very helpful for my clients.
I have also found that the same techniques and strategies I have used in marketing products and services can be used to help my clients market themselves — to understand their value and know how to present it in the best way to get what they want.
Finally, what I think matters most in making me an effective coach is that I have walked the same road you're on now. This gives me empathy — way more than I'd like to admit. So whether you’re struggling with a career change, transitioning into retirement or just trying to live more authentically, I know what it’s like, so I know how to help.
If your life is in transition — or you want it to be — I can help you examine your decision-making process to help you overcome the barriers preventing you from living a "what-if" free life.

Davids great at listening and asking the right questions, which really helped me figure things out and feel more confident in this new phase of life. His warmth, encouragement, and genuine curiosity opened up possibilities I hadnt even considered.

I recently retired without a firm plan on what to do next. David's coaching helped reveal my purpose and a path towards achieving it. His magazine, The Bucket, was an extra source of inspiration, offering valuable insights and perspective.
