We start with some assessments to help me learn about your style as a leader/manager and use expertly-developed checklists for CEOs, other C-Suite Leader/Managers, extending even to front line Leader/Managers, to pinpoint specific areas of possible growth. We create a flash profile of your organization or team’s strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats. Then we develop a custom strategy together to prioritize and make changes. Sometimes the changes are internal shifts in you; and sometimes they are changes in process and policy.
I have over 40 years of leadership and management experience in the U.S. military, in private industry, and in the non-profit sector. Much of this combined the fields of information technology and organizational training and development. I have learned from some amazing leaders. I've seen that great leadership and accomplishment begins with self-leadership. And I’ve walked in your shoes. My own seasons of professional and personal questioning and openness to new approaches have formed me.
