About Me

Dave leads Palmetto Leadership Center and has more than 25 years of Human Resources leadership and generalist experience in a variety of manufacturing environments, including the automotive, pharmaceutical, and wood products industries. He has also served in front-line supervision in an FDA-regulated environment.

He is certified in various assessments including the Predictive Index, Genos International (Emotional Intelligence), 3-Brains Coaching, and the Profile XT. He also serves as a Mentor Coach and teaches Coaching Theory & Methodology at Harding University.

Dave is an ICF-certified coach(PCC) and credentialed HR professional with a master’s degree in I/O Psychology.

He is a Get-Five career coach, a licensed partner with The Predictive Index, and a former co-host of Mindfulness Manufacturing (a podcast).

He has served as a Court Appointed Special Advocate (CASA) with the SC Guardian ad litem program and on the Board of Directors for Calvary Children’s Home in Anderson, SC.

His military experience includes 6 years in the SC National Guard in a field artillery unit and is an Eagle Scout(1983).
